let me change that.... putting your feet up is for getting a toned body....but we are all here to get huge...
if your here to get huge then you should seriously look at your routine,
the lads are right you have lots of natural potential anybody who red your first post could tell you that,
if your looking to het huge then your traning routine should be split routines pal,
sounds to me that your only new to the strenght traning lifestyle,
i was traning for years befor i even taught about using steroids,
get a doc to see that, and make sure you use proper form in your traning in future,
because gym injuries suck and they are a hard fact of life when you start lifting heavy and dont use proper form,, i wish i taught like this when i was only starting out, only now after all the injuries in the world i realise this
