What's up guys, I thought I would make a log of my lean bulk cycle for those who wanna check it out. This is my second cycle. The first had great results, but due to a bad diet the gains dwindled. So I decided to get serious. I got in touch with 3j and started things right! My end goal is to be 6ft and somewhere In between 190-200 with under 10% bf. so I've. So 3j and I decided to lower my bf some and do a lean bulk from there and cut the rest off before summer. So for theist three weeks I've been on 3js keto diet and lost 17 pounds. Now we're ready to change gears and hopefully do a lean bulk. I started my new diet yesterday and it feals great to eat again!! My diet now is as follows; cal. 3452, fats 69, carbs 378, protein 320 all split between 6 meals. Let me say this. 3j is the best decision I've made in the lifting game. Diet is key. So here is the cycle as follows.
1-12- pinnicle 625mg test e on a mon. Thursday split
1-4 pinnicle 50mg dbol
