start on letrozole 2.5mg or 1.25mg, depends on how much you wanna bang in their, but DO YOUR RESEARCH. long term it will deplete your estrogen levels to the point where it will affect your body. you need estrogen, so by getting rid of it, dont expect nothing to happen. run it for a month and hopefully, your "gyneco" will have gone, if not, then your screwed really without surgery.
Next time, use an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) with ur cycle, hopefully this will stop estrogen-related side effects.
