Gyno, AI and Serm.

If you experience gyno symptoms, such as itchy nipple or sore breast for example without having used Aromatase inhibitor (AI) in the cycle. Can I then start to take the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) for example, Arimidex 1mg? Also, if there is gyno symptoms, then that must mean that there is high levels of estrogen that are binding to the receptors? Does this mean I should take Clomid at the same time as the AI? Also, my cycle was Deca/Sustanon 400/500 per week split 50/50 (twice a week). I also have Prami on hand.
Terminated cycle at 14 wks.

Big question, what should I take, when and how much?

I started with some Nolva when I felt the symptoms and read it is no good for use with Deca, so then I dropped the nolva, got some Clomid and took that cause the pharmacy did not have Arimidex in stock and I had to wait for it. All this took about 5 days.

I've started the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) now (Arimidex, but not sure of dose, so I took 1mg). I also have not dropped the Prami just in case, till someone can advise better.
Cannot get letro at my location should this be what I actually need. (I'm sure Arimidex will be ok?)

I'd try to stick with the nolva man. 10-20mg ED with your Aromatase inhibitor (AI) will clear up even the nastiest of gyno. Witnessed it myself.

start Aromatase inhibitor (AI) asap and maybe run clomid at a low dose for 1-2 weeks while waiting for Aromatase inhibitor (AI) to take effect. maybe 20mg clomid ed.
start Aromatase inhibitor (AI) at start of cycle next time.

also stop Aromatase inhibitor (AI) at start of pct.

good luck

Also you can get Letro at RUI products (banner up top) I use it alot on cycle and love it. use it at a LOW dose if you do. like 0.25mg eod.
