Use Arimidex before you use letro, nothing is going to get completely rid of your gyno besides surgery.
Gyno..any help is appreciated (letro)

Found this out the hard way. Had gyno surgery a few yrs back. Once you have it the letro and arimidex can shrink it but it will never completely go away. I have experience with letro and arimidex and I would definatly recommend you use arimidex ON cycle. letro is way to harsh and its much easier to keep healthy estrogen levels with arimidex.

after a cycle my nipples got a little sore and tender. I told one of my old gym partners. He told me to go get some flax seed. With in two days my nipples were feel normal again!! I love flax seed! I was really getting worried.

I just started letro tonight, I did .5 mg. Which was to the second point of the dropper. Im going to do like fany said
Day 1: .50mg letro
Day 2: 1.0mg letro
Day 3: 1.5mg letro
Day 4: 2.0mg letro
Day 5: 2.5mg letro * then taper down and stay at .5mg while on test e cycle that should be here friday.

After a cycle my nov that i ordered never made it to me. And I got some really tender sore nipples. I was in a panic and called up my old lifting partner and he told me to go to the store and get some flax seed. So I did and in two days my nipples were back to normal. I am not to sure on flax seed but it worked really good for my sore nipps.
