Hi everyone. I started my test prop solo at 600 mg/week cycle two and a half weeks ago. I have a pre-existing lump in my right and left nipple. From the very start of my cycle I took 0.5 mg Pharm Grade arimidex EOD and it was all fine till two days ago.
My left nipple became tender and sensitive. The right nipple seems to be normal. Yesterday I bumped my adex to 1mg, woke up today and the left nipple is still sensitive. I bumped up adex to 1.5mg today and it is still the same... Please help what is happening?

I had the same problem as you, except i was no where near as educated when i did my first cycle, had a bit of pre existing pubertal gyno and 250 test e and 250 deca gave me gyno. i had it cut out and till this day 1 year on im still trying to get my body back to normal. sounds like arimidex isnt doing jack shit, shouldnt ever need it to run it that high ever especially with only 600mg of test. i would get onto some LETRO ASAP to get that under control. im unsure of the dosing off the top of my head but there is alot of info about letro dosing in previous threads

You can try using letrozole at 2.5mg ed and see how that treats you -- however -- high dose AI's will lower HDL and
increase LDL, hinder immune system, kill sex drive and have potential for a rebounding effect.

You can also try stacking a DHT steroid with your test cycle -- proviron @ 200mg ed. For OTC you can use AndroHardv3 which is high potency DHT based androgen that could help minimize the gyno irritation.
