First thanks for your time and sorry if this is posted in the incorrect section of the forums. I'm new.

I came off my blast nearly 2 months ago and have been cruising at 100mg of testosterone enathate twice weekly and have been taking 12.5mg of exemestane daily. I have been getting on and off gyno for nearly 3 weeks now. The symptoms are: puff nips, and a minor bulging behind the nipple, and this morning while checking if there was any additional sensitivity aka squeezing my nipple and area I noticed my nipples discharged a orange/brown liquid. I'm scared I'm beginning to lactate and will(if I don't already) get irreversible gyno. Nolvadex will reverse all symptoms but only when I continue to take Nolva, 4-10 days later symptoms will reappear. Please help!

Also if someone could explain how i'm getting gyno on cruise dose that would be appreciated.

I don't know what a normal "cruise" dose is, but I have been on TRT for several years and I know that my TRT dose (your cruise dose is much higher) puts me at the top of the normal range of Testosterone and over the limit on Estradiol test.
My sincere advice would be cut back on your Test (maybe in half to start); see what happens to symptoms, and get a blood test to check your levels.
Don't know how old you are, but is having boobies the rest of your life and possibly permanently shutting down your natural testosterone really worth being a "little" bit bigger?
