gyno or no?

my left nipple just started itching last night and it still itches but there is no pain or swelling or anything, just itchyness...should i start popping some nolva? like 10mg a day? or is this a full blown sign that gyno is on its way and pop more? thanks...

no lumps...i know itchy nipples can be a symptom of gyno beggining...but its not itching really bad, im just trying to be sure...would it get puffy or red before actually developing gyno?

fucking god damn itchy nips are the worse. sometimes I can almost deal with the gyno and forget that it is not there but when my fucking man tits get itchy i wanna take a knife and chop them off. aaahahahhahhha, I hate what my tits have become. Nice little female breasticles.
