Has PCT changed in the last 10 years ??????

Its been about 10 years since I touched anything but of course those deep fond memories are still there and im going back. Now my question is in regards to Pct and HCG has the protocol changed?? is it still 250-300ius EOD or 500ius E5D starting after wk1 for HCG??? As for pct Clomid at 50/50/50/50 Nolva 20/20/10/10/10/10. When i was younger i had gyno and got rid of that shit with surgery but im still scared. I was thinking of aeromasin at 12.5 everyday. If anything has changed just please let me know or tag me in any new stickies because things change everyday.

Yeah it's about the same. HCG 2x a week between 200-500iu each time during the cycle.

PCT is basically the same I think too except 4-5 weeks with both, tapering down both.
Clomid ~ 50/50/25/25
Nolvadex ~ 40/40/20/20

10mg per day is better.

Also to add, for longer or heavier cycles blast some HCG for 2-3 weeks before PCT (while esters clear) at around 750-1500mg EOD depending on your response.
