Gyno symptoms- best course of action?

Weeks 1-6 test sust@500mg p/w
tren ace@300mg p/w
Weeks 7-12 test sust@500mg p/w
tren eth@400mg p/w
anavar 80mg ed

PCT:nolva 40/40/20/20

I am at the start of week 7, started anavar last Monday, I have just started to notice my nipples getting a little sensitive. They haven't grown at all just a little sore when I wipe with towel after shower etc.
Should I start nolva now? I am struggling to get any other pct's? Any advice would be great thanks.

Do you have an aromatise inhibitor? You should have go one from the beginning of the cycle. Get your hands on Exemestane if you can asap, it's the best among other AI's, and take half the 25mg pill, that's 12.5mg ED. It's not too late, but don't delay any further. In addition, also take Tamoxifen 2.5mg a day.

Get an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) like aromasin
And nolvadex Is a bad idea when using tren as makes you more succeptable to tren gyno due to Progesteroneas and prolactin levels
Best to get letrozole and run it till your symptoms disappear

I went to the doctor and explained what was going on, he won't prescribe Aromatase inhibitor (AI) or any other post cycle therapy (pct). will nolva still be ok for post cycle therapy (pct) at end of cycle? I know no one can recommend an online source for Aromatase inhibitor (AI) but of you want?????

Doctor won't prescribe you anything it's your best option. My doctor wouldn't give me anything when I was 18 and took a ph so I bought there tamoxephen and got ride of some of it fucking doctors these days want to see me grow boobs just to teach me a lesson
