Gyno

I have gyno right now; I have not juiced yet but I have high test levels naturally. My ? is, should I get the surgery or wait until I get done with my first cycle (will start in about a month) and see if i get it again so I don't waste the $ on a surgery? I am a 20-year-old powerlifter. Obviously I will use Nolva and adex. when on.

Nolva will not do anything for gyno that you got during puberty.

If you can get the surgery, do it now IMO. Otherwise, you will not be able to tell as easily if gyno is developing during your cycle.

I agree it sounds to be the more intelligent things to do now :)

So I wish you a good surgery ;)

please somebody correct me if i am wrong, but i heard that after gyno surgery, you dont have to worry about it anymore. dont they remove the glands that are affected?

Even after surgery I believe you can develop gyno again, gyno is just excess fat in the breast area making it look puffy and droopy. Just like women if you grow big then you need to have surgery and reduce the size of the breast, but it can develop again if high estrogen occurs.

no no, Bro Fo Sho, actually gyno is breast tissue developing from the gland that produces (aka the "lump behind the nip")

Background: Gynecomastia is a benign enlargement of the male breast resulting from a proliferation of the glandular component of the breast.

i got this at http://www.emedicine.com/med/topic934.htm there is a lot of info on this subject over the internet.

the fat we get is just that, fat. it can go away w/ diet and excercise.

The only thing I know I am not prone to it like most....so lol. Anyone else know about this, someone who has had the surgery?

Letrozole has been known to reduce gyno in many ...it starved the glan d of estrogen .....and it on sale ....click the link in my signature

Letrozol is femera, which is an anti-estrogen.

Femara is 10-30x more effective than Arimidex in it's ability to pass thru the cell membrane of lipid (fat) cells and inhibit the activity of aromatase -- in other words, Femara is far superior in lowering estrogen levels in fat cells. This has two benefits for BBs; (1) Estrogen 'attracts' water, so less water retention (2) an average male BB is around 10%BF, that's a lot of lipid cells with aromatase inside them, so a substantial percentage of aromatase is left untouched by Arimidex due to it's poor ability to enter lipid cells Arimidex is approximately 80% effective at inhibiting aromatase, Femara is around 95-97%

Believe me; I know endocrinology and metabolism. I am a college student. What I need to know is, should I get the surgery now so I can see if new gyno develops during cycle as I am prone to it. But the downside is I may get it again (after my parents pay for the expensive surgery) and this will really piss them off. Does anyone have experience with this??

Yes Bro it can develop again. I had surgury back in 95. AS a rookie I learned the hard way. Didn't know about nolva or adex. After surg I was told you could not develop it again. I got back on the program and it started to come back. I believe there are 2 different procedures, one removes all of the tissue that can develop into gyno the other one just removes the affected tissue at the time of the surg. I have to be careful of what I use but with nova and adex it can be controled.

there are 2 type of gyno surgury... removal of the gland and lipo around the gland...... removal of the gland will not let gyno reoccur , however it is more expensive !

well its going to depend on what the surgeon does , for ex if the surgeon removes the gland which is typical they need to take tissue from some where and do a fat sculpt to fill in behind your nipps , if they didn't your nipps would be caved in ,and to do this they may actually leave about 5% of the gland , cause after all he dosen't know you are going to be on the sauce so thats why they use a little bit of the gland to do the fill in and its convienant for them , so YES YES YES you will get it again. you need to use your doc painent confidentiatly and tell him what you are up to so that he may remove the entire gland ,your chances of getting gyno again without gear are slim to none , but if you continue to cycle your chances are 50 % or better . if i were you , cycle now and learn how to controll it so after the surgery you will know how to avoid it all together

It's pretty bad, about the size of a silver dollar around maybe...been there for a while but not very noticeable. The more size I put on and my pecs hypertrophied, the more noticeable it became.

I had gyno as a teen, but it subsided mostly. That was until my first cycle when it flared up. I've only been using letro for 4 days and the pain and itching is gone and most of the puffiness is gone. BTW, I did order from Lion too.
