Hack squats in the traditional sense

Another thread got me thinking about hacks. Real hacks where you got the bar on the floor behind you, not the machine.

Anyone actually do these? These seem appealing to me because I don't think I'd be able to lean forward and 'good morning' the weight up and fuck up my back in the process. :)
 
I'm working on it. My problem is that I won't accept it when I fail, so instead of leaving it on the pins I try to 'cheat' it up. I need to knock that shit off.
