Had my first TRT Injection yesterday. Will be keeping a journal here.

No pain for me and I cant say I felt any different while taking HCG vs not. It seems to be purely an esthetic thing for me ....

Wait until ya get older, you'll be welcoming some shrinkage so as not to sit on the damn fun bag LOL. I never had a long saggy sack in the first place, but they have shriveled a bit but it's not as bad as one might think. Only weird side effect is loss of quantity as far as a big build up load that used to make the ole lady look like she dunked her head in a bowel of glazed doughnut icing ;) (far from that actually but sounded good)...but seriously, your nut quantity will go down as well, and I've noticed it's thicker than it used to be before starting TRT. Actually doc emailed me the other day about rescheduling apt or just putting it off another 6 months if he got a lab from me up here (2 hr drive to see him) but if everything is within reason, he said we can just forgo nexdt weeks appointment. I did give a fairly detailed log of how things have been going and mentioned the lesser quanitiy of load and he said it's just one of the side effects of being on T since with the synthetic stuff, the pituitary gland sees that everything is hunky dory so it doesn't produce anymore, and as a side effect...da balls get smaller and no more gallons of baby gravey:)

As for sleep, I've been a horribly light sleeper my whole life, and the second my eye's open, even after just an hour of sleep...Im awake until I crash again later. I'm actually the opposite, I'm getting better sleep now, BUT I've noticed my anxiety levels have risen a bit, so going to be paying more attention to correlate if I get higher anxiety shortly after my shots or just before my shots.

Have you checked your peak and trough estradiol? Many guys on here have posted that estradiol levels affect their anxiety.

Last lab i had was a long time ago with the once a week injection and everything was in check. Imagine ill get the paperwork in the next day or so for this next lab to see where things r at.

Just started my 4th week today. So far I feel better, but not the night and day change that I've heard others describe. I have marginally more energy, and somewhat reduced recovery time after a hard workout. Its still early though in the process, so I will stay the course and take it slow.

Next week I'll get my first bloodwork and evaluate after that.

Got my 4 week bloodwork done last week. Just spoke to the Doc on the phone so I haven't seen the full results yet.

Right now I'm on 50mg of Test E 2x a week and nothing else except for some supplements. Vitamin D 10000IU, Fish Oil, Psyllium Fiber and a Multi Vitamin.

I do my shots Sunday Morning and Wednesday Night.
I had blood taken on the Wednesday Morning, so these results are pretty close to trough.

Endo said my TT was 775, Nice! Estradiol was 49 though, boo. CBC numbers and PSA were all fine he said. I should get the full results in the mail.

So the Endo is willing to prescribe me Arimidex, but wants to wait a month and get another bloodwork done before he does. In the mean time I'm going to get some zinc and the other supplements that Megatron mentioned in his FAQ.

I feel great, much better than before, no bad side effects. Some testicle shrinkage, a little bit of acne on my back, and the occasional minor mood swing, though that could be caused by anything.

How does that sound to anyone.

Just got the full report in the mail from Lapcorp. Blood draw at 730am Fasting. 3 days since my last T injection, 8 hours before the next. Taking 50mg 2x a week.

TT 750 (348-1197)
Free Test (17.6-25.1)
SHBG, Serum 19.9 (16.5-55.9)
Estradiol 49.5 (7.6-42.6) High
PSA .5 (0.0 - 4.0)
Hematocrit 44.4 (37.5 - 51.0) went up a little, was 42.2 in August, will give blood if it goes up again

Overall very happy with the way I feel and the test results. E2 is a little high, but not going to start an AI unless it keeps going up. Supplementing and paying attention (well at least trying) to diet for the next 4 weeks. Will test again in November and re-evaluate.

Here is my latest blood work. This one was taken first thing in the AM right before a Shot. Same Labcorp reference ranges as before

TT: 483
Free T: 14.4
E2: 32
SHBG 18.9
Hematocrit 46 (up from 42 in August, will be giving blood soon)

My last test was taking 12 hours before a shot and was much better 725 TT and 17.7, this one is a true trough, and not as good. Agreed with my doctor to up it to 50MG shots every 3 days and do more blood work in 3 months. Very happy my E2 is staying in range without an AI. Hopefully my trough on E3D dosing will be in the 600-800 range and I won't need to adjust the dosage from here.

I feel really good. More energy, more lean body mass, harder muscles, better sex drive. Overall very happy with my TRT experience so far.

I also found out last week I have Lyme Disease, and have had it for months. My knees have been giving me trouble since February, and finally my Ortho after draining them again told me to get a lyme disease test. So I've been on Antibiotics for a week. Should be feeling even better once I finish the course and get rid of the Lyme.
