hair loss after cycle? WTF?

Winni isn't that hard on your hairline. Most think it is but most were running it with something that was hard on the hairline. Example Test Tren.

yea ive talked to guys who told me they used tren and their hair started falling out in clump. that scares me shitless so i think ill stay away from tren for a while. unless the monoxidil and fina dont grow the patch back. then ill just shave my head and juice up to the gills without a single fuk being given lol.

Hey guys,
Hair grows in cycles of 3-6 months. It does not have to fall out right away with exposure to DHT. In fact, the DHT could have prevented the anagen follicles from growing, causing the person to think they are losing hair now (when in fact, they never let it grow to begin with).
This is why it is smart to take a DHT inhibitor alongside any supraphysiologic doses of Testosterone. BUT make sure to use an aromatase inhibitor if doing so because of increased serum test levels leading to conversion to estradiol in adipose.

BANG. right here...

Physicians prescribe it at at 1mg/day for males with MPB.
The 5mg tab is generic (whereas the 1mg tab isn't yet), so you can buy that one and fraction it up.

First, don't buy this stuff from a chem site. Go to a dermatologist and tell him/her you are worried about hair loss. I've yet to find dermatologist that won't script for this.

Nothing against research sites, but this stuff in the generic 5 mg Proscar tabs is cheap. I pay $4 (BCBS) for 90 tabs. When you cut them into four pieces of 1.25 mg - that last just about an entire year and you know for fact you have pharm grade product.

Second, If you get scripted on 5 mg Proscar (generic). It will be covered on your health insurance. Most of the time 1 mg Propecia is not covered on health insurance plans.

Take the 5 mg Proscar and cut it into 4 pieces of 1.25 mg and take one piece daily.

Go to Sam's Club for Rogaine 5% foam - four cans for $49.89 - that last 4 months.

thats actually very comforting. thank you. i didnt know that.

btw, would use of 20mg/day nolva be ok instead of an Aromatase inhibitor (AI). i didnt use an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on my prop/dbol cycle and my BP still shot up like crazy.

Sounds reasonable, but keep in mind that estradiol levels will still be elevated. The tamoxifen is only there to block estradiol from binding to breast tissue and preventing gynecomastia. I'm sure you are aware of that, but I don't know what effect elevated estradiol has in the male body. From your accounts, it may actually help to keep BP within a normal range (which is consistent with the fact that menopausal females often see a jump in their BPs due to lack of estrogens).

i know a couple of you guys said not to get finasteride from a research chem site but its gonna take a month or more to get my generic fina from my source. whats wrong with research chem sites?

edit: btw, what is the benefit of taking fina over dutasteride. fina only blocks the 5a I enzyme while dutasteride block I and II.

You can use it from the research sites while waiting. I use it all the time. You don't want dutast because it will lower DHT to much. I think cashout covered it somewhere in this thread.

Fina is so easily obtained through a physician that it makes little sense to fool around with these research sites or other black market "sources."

Go to your MD and tell him/her you are worried about your hair falling out. Get a script and get it filled generically at Walgreens.

Why not get real pharm grade product? This way you know what you are putting into your body. Futhermore, it's cheap. generic 5 mg proscar is about $10-15 bucks for 90 pills. When cut into 4 pieces, that will last almost a full year.

The follicle receptors in the scalp are far more sensitive for Type I isoenzyme. The Type II isoenzyme is site specific for smooth muscle tissue and has a less of an impact scalp receptors.

thx a lot for the info.

my MD is a fuking idiot. i gotta find a new doctor.

in the meantime, i just got some minoxidil and i was wondering if there was any point in using it without fina?

Yes, it will help. Fina and monoxidil work through different mechanisms so the benefit of using one is not dependent on using the other concurrently.

thx. thats what i thought. also, ive been reading up a bit and i found that spironolactone acts as an anti-androgen and can be used as a topical cream in men but cannot be taken orally due to feminizing effects. a couple guys recommended running the spiro with fina for better results. any thoughts on this?

There is no reliable clinical data from emperical studies that demonstrates the effectiveness of sprio when used this way.

It is a nice theory but it has not been found to be support when tested.

I'm not saying it can't work or be of some benefit. I am say there is no quantitative support for it in the literature.

Cash's 1st Rule of Hair - Always go with what we have clinical support for first.

Primo ?

I am running 300 mg of Primo a week any thoughts on hairloss with that? I use fina and minoxi.( have for years) as well as a strong hairloss shampoo.

Primo is DHT-reduced so it has no interaction with the 5-ar enzyme therefore no need for fina when using Primo. Primo is a weak androgen and therefore is not a major concern in regard to hair loss.

Now, if you were stacking this with test, then I suggest you use the fina.
