Hair loss and dutasteride and AAS

1) Does somebody here use dutasteride for prevent hair loss ? If yes, does it works ?
2) Can anybody give me the link, where can i read information about long-time dutasteride using for preventing hair loss ? I mean, what happen if i will use it for about 5 years, or maybe 10 years, etc. Because almost all, what i was available to find, was about using it for people, who have problems with prostate.
3) How about using it with AAC ? This question looks important, since dutasteride blocks DHT, which is androgen.

In my opinion this drug should'nt be your first line of attack.
Remember the more DHT i.e suppressed the greater the possibility of adverse side-effects.

I would agree with KevinK and that IMO dut should be something to stay away from. Dut was clinically trialed for hair loss but the mfg pulled it. (There is some cites for that on the internet from credible sources but I don't have time to find them again.) I would just use minoxidil (rogaine) and some nizoral shampoo 3x week and stay away from finasteride and dut. For the little bit of hair you save you are taking a risk.
