Steroids aren't likely to affect the transplanted hair, as those follicles come from areas of the scalp not normally susceptible to MPB.
What you have to worry about is the expedited fallout of the remaining non-transplanted hair (temples and crown). These hairs will be impacted by the introduction of exogenous androgens into the body.
Thus, if you intend on cycling and keeping most of your remaining hair, stick with low/moderate doses and less androgenic drugs.
Preventative measures are also a must (5ar-inhibitors, topical anti-androgens, copper peptides, nizoral shampoo, etc.).
