I have been looking into preventing hair loss for a while now, because I'm vain and losing hair is what has kept me away from using the stronger gear. I think I have the perfect mix now. I've been gradually growing my hair back with Spironolactone + Minoxidil + Finasteride mixed together, but now I've added more to it and I've noticed little baby hairs growing in the front after only three weeks of using it. The front of my scalp is my main concern because it is the most noticeable and I don't really have any problems with hairloss on top.

Anyway, here's the mix:

1. 5% Minoxidil

2. Spironolactone Liquid

3. Zinc Sulfate

4. EGCG
Amazon.com: EGCg by NOW Foods - (400mg - 90 Vegetarian Capsules): Health & Personal Care

5. Dutasteride
Inhouse Pharmacy buy generic avodart buy generic dutasteride


It looks like a lot, but other than the Minoxidil you really only need to buy the ingredients maybe once a year or most likely every few years.

Here's how I mix it.
1. Use a needle to prick a hole into a Dutasteride cap and then empty it into the bottle of Minoxidil, I only use 1 pill.

2. Open 3-5 caps of Zinc Sulfate and empty them into the bottle of Minoxidil.

3. Open 3-5 caps of EGCG and empty them into the Minoxidil.

4. Put 3 ml of the Spironolactone into the Minoxidil.

5. Shake up the bottle of Minoxidil and let it set for a day or two, and shake it up every now and then. Then put it on your head and rub it in after every shower.

*Adding Azelaic Acid and Vitamin B6 to the bottle can help too, but the Azelaic Acid dries out my scalp too much and the B6 doesn't mix very well. You can look up all of the ingredients and see that they've all been proven to work for stopping hair loss and even growing your hair back. The best part is that it's entirely topical and won't effect hormone levels in your body. And I swear to Christ that it's making my hair grow back.

Some good advice here bro... I particularly like the look of EGCG, looks promising from what Ive read when used topically.

I'm currently using just nizoral cream and green tea extract cream (Green Tea Skin Care, Natural Anti-Aging Green Tea EGCG Cream, 1.7 oz (50 ml) - iHerb.com) and hairloss has stopped at the moment.
