Halfway through first cycle and wondering

Whats up everybody, I started my first cycle July 12 consisting of.

weeks 1-3 40mg of oral T-Bol
weeks 1-10 500 mg Test Cyp
weeks 1-10 1 mg arimadex
weeks 1-10 Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 500 ius/week

I have gone up about 10 pounds. And I realize that cyp takes a while to feel it from what I have read(long acting ester). I got it from a good friend and the brand is svensk apotek. My other buddy bought sust a few months before me and had unreal gains.

I dont really feel like im on anything, im a little more moody, little acne. a little bit of vascularity. some strength. Not a lot. Im not overly horny. Still get sore after a workout.

Im consuming a lot of food.

4:30 am 40 g protein, back to bed
10am 1 cup oats, 8 egg whites, 500ml milk
11am 300 cals mass gainer
12am bison burger on whole wheat bread, all the veggies, apple and kiwi
2:30pm 6oz steak 2 cups pasta
5pm 750 cal mass gainer with vege greens
pre-workout-superpump 250, and sip another scoop during workout,
post workout 80 grams carbs, 50 protein
8:30 5oz steak 2 cups pasta
before bed 1.5 cups cottage cheese plus yogurt and almonds,

I have been training for about 3 years and im very dedicated. I went from 150- 190 naturally. I constantly increase weight or reps each workout and try to overload my body. Am I expecting too much out of this? I just thought I would feel a lot different. I also have 6 weeks of working out before aas clearing my body. Any thoughts would be awesome. And if im being a douchebag and expecting the world feel free to tell me that as well. LOL. thanks!
 
bro theres nothing wrong with 10lbs...is it a quality gain?...muscle...fat...bloat...how do u feel about it...think...ur only half way through...
 
hey bro you sound almost the same as me as far as weight and everything. I am bout 210 though but like 14% bf.

But i am currently on the same cycle except the t-bol and ive had bout the same results as you. Ive gained like 12 pounds and strength has gone up quite a bit cause of d-bol that im on but im starting to feel really bloated and my appetite is being suppressed by that shit so i might get off it next week and just run the test cyp.

But remember this... you are probably gonna gain more mass the second half of the cycle than the first part, so you might end up gaining like 25 pounds all together.

on your first cycle its hard to know what your looking for as far as the on feeling goes. i would bet this week you will start feeling it more and you have to just put on more weight and do it-if your test is real your strength should go way up in the next couple weeks.
 
Yes please elaborate on the diet. Im sure it could be better but not sure how to make it better. forgot to mention the pasta is always whole wheat. Lets hear it
 
Bro I eat like that when cutting or just get lean gains. if you're looking for serious mass then you need to feed the juice.

Arimidex 1mg daily is way too much. I dont even recommend arimidex in the first place and if u r going to use it i'd suggest 0.5mg bro.
I really like the fact u get up in the am just to have your protein. Shows a lot of dedication on ure part and its VERY benificial. Not many people do that.
I wouldve kept the tbol weeks 1-6, not weeks 1-3. If you had, its likely you wouldnt be feeling the "nothing has kicked in yet" effect right now. But hang in there, its going to kick u in ure butt any minute. Some people get the kick in weeks 4 some at 6 and I even known some at 7. Hence the reason for using long esters for a minimum of 10 weeks, 12 weeks being optimum.

Good point. I think the OP should be pretty happy with the 10lbs at this point. he was taking 1mg of arimidex daily! So its most likely some very nice gains without the bloat.
 
be patient with the cyp, I was wondering when my test e would kick in and it wasn't until week 8 that i "felt" it.Now up 25 pounds and lovin it. Keep training hard and you'll see results.

In relation to the diet, that does resemble a cutting phase diet. I was on a see food diet due to the test and it helped me put on a lot of size. I am finishing off with anavar to lean out but if you want just mass then I wouldnt discriminate on the calories.

haha i was wondring what the hell you meant when you said you were on a see food diet and made some big gains. then after reading it again i caught the "see food" part. Very CLever! :spin:
 
he's not eating enough good fats either, a steak and some almounds aren't enough. add some yolks to your eggs, and some efa's and that will increase calories and help w/ growth!
 
ok more like 1.5 ounces. So how should I modify my diet. I have boughten whole eggs, flaxseed oil, cheese, and peanut butter. Any other suggestions to add in to my diet. Thanks! I need all the help I can get. And i cut back my arimi to .5.

throw in a little more oatmeal where u can....that stuff does the trick for me...i eat it morning...preworkout and afterworkout....sometimes ill snack on that shit...damn good
