Hard lump near nipple

Hey this is my first cycle of 500mg or test e a week for 12 weeks, currently on week 9 and i have noticed by accident a small hard pea sized lump about 1cm to the right of my left nipple, everything i have researched makes me think its gyno, but the thing is its not sore to touch, not puffy, not sensitive, its complete normal, i have started 20mg of nolva every night just incase. Some say 20 or 40mg so i just went with 20mg, about 2 days about i started it. Does it sound like possible gyno or something else that i dont know of. Im just abit confused cause everything i read says it should be sore or sensitive which is it not.

It doesnt HAVE to be sensitive to be gyno. The placement of the lump is more important and since it is right near your nipple, its gyno. Its good that you have nolva on hand to knock it down.

i am taking 40mg of nolv still its been about 7 days and it has not changed. Went to the doctor today and he confirmed it was gyno said its not bad and would not give me anythin for it. Should i continue the nolv or i can get armidex, i cant get anything else tho through my friend. but he also said there is no way to get rid of it except for surgery....????

Typically Gyno is actually associated with the nipple not next to the nipple!

since this is my first cycle i dont know whether i was gyno sensitive hense why i am on test e only. and i have had nolva on hand before i even got my test cause i wanted to make sure i could get it before actually getting the test e. and i have been taking 10mg a day since i started.
should i use armidex or letro, everything im reading says letro is the better choice but i dont think i can get it i know i can get armidex tho

well i dont understand what is it up your arse, you say i shouldnt be cycling, how did you come to that conclusion, this is my first cycle of test e ONLY, im 25 years old, been training for a few years good low bf %, and you say "Like I said... have stuff on hand b4 you cycle in case gyno is an issue" i had novla before i started my cycle like i SAID but maybe you cant read. other than that, thanks for your advice

From what i have experienced on my first cycle, Although it was a test tern cycle. I started to get itchy sore nipples, started taking 20mg of nolva and the itchiness and sorness went away, I had a small lump developing almost under my nipple but more on the outside edge of it. Upped the nova to 40mg a day but never made the lump go away and it kept getting bigger. Not "big" by any means but it ended up getting to the size of a pea or smart after a 3 month cycle.

I have been off cycle for 2 months and it has went down significantly and is 95% gone.

Dude, take a picture of it and I can probably help. I have a small pea size lump towards the bottom of my nipple. Its not on the red part but just below. Its never sore and just appeared one day out of no where. I went to the doctor at the end of my last cycle during pct and he said that sometimes your bodies pores get clogged and cant release hard oils. So it was a build of my bodies own waste (something like that...lol) He wanted to pop it because he said that rarely go away unless you pop it. I said FUCK YOU. Thats almost been a year and it has not grown or gotton smaller and Im almost done with a 90 days cycle in a week. It doesnt bother me and you cant see it really ....only feel it. If it causes me problems some where down the line Ill get it removed or cut out.

Again take a picture and ill compare it to mine and Ill be able to tell you from my own opinion if its gyno.

to be honest a picture wont do much, the nipple and area is completely normal and the lump is under the skin and cannot be seen. i appreciate the replies, alot of what i have read people who get the lumps they dnt actually dissapear to after the cycle like cainer70's did.

i have a question about my pct on this tho, obviously 2 weeks after last test e it was going to be nolva 40 40 20 20 but cause i am 20mg of nolva a day and .5 arm a day now cause of the lump, i am going to run the same throughout the 2 weeks of my last inject but do i still need to run 40mg a day for the first 2 weeks of my pct or cause of this issue should i just continue 20mg all the way throughout the cycle and the 2 weeks after and the 4 weeks for the post cycle therapy (pct)? i have been reading about armidex and i found that its great for pct aswell so i am going to continue it throught pct to.

By all means continue throughout cycle
