hard nipples on cycle

does anyone else have this problem. mine look like im cold all day every day. i use 12.5mg aromasin ED and have no other sides showing...normal? It has been like this for both my cycles now

Is this something new, are you thinking it's gyno. Mine are hard all the time on cycle and most of the time off, no gyno here.
