hardgainer mesomorph

so after doing plenty of research i found an article on "hardgainer mesomorphs" coz i dont fall into any of the regular 3 body types at all . so as the name suggests im in beetween an ectomorph and a mesomorph . im short but my legs r long torso short wide shoulders 6 pack but i cant put on muscle mass to f***** save myself . should i be lifting only heavy ?

Yes and you should be eating more. Some people have a more difficult time adding bodyweight and its ALWAYS fixed by eating big and lifting big.
 
Hardgainer is just another word for
"I don't know". Most hardgainers I have
trained do not fully understand how to eat, rest, and cycle for all the destruction that
goes on during training.

The balance of food/gear/rest/training is
different for everyone. However,
the formula for lean weight gain or fat loss is applicable to almost all.

True that. I've always considered myself a hardgainer. It's sad that we didn't have internet back when I was in college. Everyone was following "Weider Principles" back then. Had I known what I now know, I would have prevented a lot of nagging injuries caused by overtraining and would have gained muscle a lot quicker.
 
so what would u recomend for a hardgainer mesomorph, im training 6 days a week atm is this to much ? i put up my diet plan in the diet forum . Ive narrowed it down to one of two things either not enough carbs or im over training ? currently the only complex carbs i take in are of a morning(brown rice)and after my workout (brown rice,l,glutamine). from that point on i only eat firbous carbs . im eating plenty of protein,egg whites,chicken breast,ground beef ect ect. as far as goodfats go im taking flaxseed oil,egg yolk and almonds . it does my head in coz i dont seem to b gettin bigger just leaner and leaner which isnt what i want i want to b shredded but have some descent muscle desnsity . so LIFT BIG EAT BIG. but what to eat big simple carbs r a no no for me

IMHO, you're probably overtraining. You should get one of the vets here give you a personalized program or something. Or you can try the routines in this thread: http://www.steroidology.com/forum/training-forum/56428-my-top-5-lifting-routines.html

research suggests that the only body type that can train alot providing they eat right is a mesomorph yes ? . it confuses me coz i cant be a mesomorph coz i struggle to put on good lean mass however my body shape is square with long legs , 6 pak , short arms ah FUARK what do u do . im gunna cut bak from training c if i make any gains . i dont really fit into any of three catergories
