so what would u recomend for a hardgainer mesomorph, im training 6 days a week atm is this to much ? i put up my diet plan in the diet forum . Ive narrowed it down to one of two things either not enough carbs or im over training ? currently the only complex carbs i take in are of a morning(brown rice)and after my workout (brown rice,l,glutamine). from that point on i only eat firbous carbs . im eating plenty of protein,egg whites,chicken breast,ground beef ect ect. as far as goodfats go im taking flaxseed oil,egg yolk and almonds . it does my head in coz i dont seem to b gettin bigger just leaner and leaner which isnt what i want i want to b shredded but have some descent muscle desnsity . so LIFT BIG EAT BIG. but what to eat big simple carbs r a no no for me
