Hey guys just curious if anyone has tried serovital-hgh. I plan on running another cycle in 2 months, and because this is not a cycle, im not sure if it will interrupt my recovery or not. And im not sure if it is worth the $100. It was on Dr Oz, so i imagine it may be a good buy. Let me know. Any info would be helpful

This weekend, I found serovital hgh on sale at Costco for $20 off a 40-day supply so I figured if I ever wanted to try it, this would be my opportunity. I started taking it Saturday night before bed. You are supposed to take four capsules once per day on an empty stomach so no food for two hours before or after taking it. I took my second dose last night. Unless I start noticing bad side effects, I plan to take this for at least a couple months.

Serovital has no HGH in it. It contains the precursors for HGH only. It is supposed to increase the size of the nightly HGH pulse everyone has. Here is a very good, in depth, review of the actual ingredients n Serovitatal and what each one does. Their conclusion - it is bogus. It has some great ingredients, all of which you can buy for a FAR lower price. The medical study the product refers to has yet to even be peer reviewed, which means it is completely worthless to use for any information. The 8 fold increase they mention uses a baseline that is 10% what normal people have (they used grossly obese people whose HGH was suppressed badly - the product managed to take them to the lower end of the normal range, a point which most of us are well above naturally).
