I am banned!
been hovering around 245-250 for far too long. My lackadaisical approach to my diet isnt getting the results i want.

Is there a site you all use to log foods you eat that help calculate macros as well. I eat a lot of the same foods most ofthe time but sometimes I eat casserole type meals where i have to sort of guess whats in ti for macros an such.
 
So far so good, about what I figured. 2200-2500 cal . It's the snacks between meals that are hurting my weight loss.
Sometimes I wake up hungry at 2-3 am and I'm needing to fill that meal with something halfway filling but not crap. I've developed a love for cottage cheese and Nutella. Too much fat and sugar
 
Maybe make a 1/2 cup of white rice. Quick, easy, filling, you can add hot sauce to it, and it is not really that bad for you at all.
