My inlaws gave us their BowFlex Power Pro with extra weight bands. Should I use it to change up my workout? Mix the free weights with the bowflex? Has anyone used one and liked it? Yea or Nay......... Thanks a lot for the input...
We sold a bowflex at my work and I used to mess around with it a little bit. But really not true weight. Id say if you really put it to use right it can do some good work with it. But in the end you need the free weights.
Take off some of the bows and use them to fight crime. You can fire flaming arrows of justice at unsuspecting terrorists and would be robbers, all while getting a fabulous workout in just 20 minutes a day.
I drag mine out to the side of the street and do 1,000 rep set of random exercises in only my bike shorts. People honk and throw things sometimes but they're just jealous.
Depends. If you're looking to add mass and get big then I'd stick w/ the weights. But if you just want to get toned or just stay in shape and aren't worried about size then by all means use it.
very true. We have a crossbow at my house (same thing). And i only use it when i HAVE to when i visit home from college. It is decent for arm workouts...but i always make sure i get a back workout in before coming home. The things blow for backs.
