Have a gh question, researched and can't find the answer.

Hey guys been a while since I've posted. So long forgot my old username.
I'm 6 ft 193 12-13 bf.
I have some illitropin gh, 10 IU's a vial.
I'm using 3/10 ml syringe. My question is how much water to pump
Into the vial. The highest number on syringe is 30.
Some guys have told me pump to the 30, 4 times each vial and some guys say
To the 30, 3 times, then to the 10 once.

Hoping to get a consensus here. Next time will order 1ml syringes to make it easier.

if you mix with 1 ml of bac water it is SIMPLE math to divide into your dosage to be administered.
