Been dealing with what i think is golfers elbow in my left elbow for over a year now.. Recently i have developed what i think is Tennis elbow in my right elbow.. One doc told me to ice it and rest it.. My other doc told me i just have to rest it. But problem is i can`t rest it.. Anyone know of a remedy?

How old are you? And how did you get the tendonitis? Why can't you rest it.

Just want to get some more info before answering.

I am 25. I got it from overuse of my elbow joint at work and at gym. I can't rest it because I cannot stop working or going to the gym.

Icing will help. Here's some good info on icing.

Icing Injuries, Tendinitis

There are elbow braces out there. You find them at bowling alleys. Some people find them helpful. They are pretty cheap.

Rest obviously.

TB-500 is supposed to help. I haven't used it, but many have.

Deca absolutely helps. The injury is still there, but you feel better. You can't just take deca by itself though. And when you stop, the pain often returns.

Rehab helps in the long run. Take a broom or other long pole with weight on the end. Put your elbow on your knee while sitting. Holding the end of the broom handle upright, rotate it to the left and/or right slowly until perpendicular to the floor. Only do the negative. Use your other hand to help return it to the upright position that you started from. Repeat.

Ice some more. :-)

Good luck.

Nice info thanks allot. ill deff try icing it again, and the broom handle thing..

haven`t done a test cycle yet, but I am researching doing one.. ill take a look at deca.

I have the same problem but occasional.I follows stretches.
Elbow Tendonitis treatment includes:
Ice massage
Rest & let them recover.
Exercises to stretch & strengthen your wrist and forearm muscles.

Have you seen a doctor???

I had what I believe to be tennis elbow (self diagnosed) and I got an elbow "wrap" from
Sports authority and I used it for a month during and after gym and it went away. Basically AAS upped my str so much it tore my tendons (while
Doing deadlifts) and after 2 weeks of lowering weights and wearing the wrap the swollen tendons went down and pain went away. Thinking about running tb500 next cycle
