Just had my first ever blood test ( i know, shame on me )

TSH: 2.06 mIU/L Ref.range (0.50-4.00)
FSH: 4 IU/L Ref.range (1-10)
LH: 2 IU/L Ref.range (1-10)
PROG: 0.9 nmol/L Ref.range (1.2-4.8)
Senstitive Oestradiol : 36 pmol/L Ref.range (50-150)
Serum cortisol : 376 nmol/L Ref.range (119-619)
Vitamin b12: 738 pmol/L Ref.range (150-700)
Hydroxy Vitamin D : 80 nmol/L Ref.range (>50)

Iron: 8 umol/L Ref.range (10-30)
Total Chol. : 2.2 nmol/L
Triglycoride: 0.9 nmol/L
As i was expecting my testosterone levels are low, BUT my blood test was taken at around 5 pm. does that matter ?
i have all the symptoms of low tesosterone. i have done a cycle of test e for 12 weeks a year ago and did a proper pct and lost all that i gained and gained fat trying to maintain it. my diet was good and kept training as hard as i could. felt amazing on test. i dont think it was the cycle that caused low test as i have been feeling low on energy and low libido for years.
have to see an endocrinologist soon to see whats up.
mostly just want to hear your opinions on the timing of the day for the blood test. could i be higher in the morning for my next test ? i'm pretty set on doing trt as i hate feeling like this everyday and want to give blasting and cruising a go.
any input would be appreciated
