HCG and Nolvadex while on TRT?

I've seen an article regarding the use of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and Nolvadex while on TRT. Does anyone have any input on this? Looks like there would be some great benefits.

Some anti-aging clinics recommend using Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) with testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) to keep the size of the testes as well as some stimulation to them.

Nolva could be used to prevent gyno so either medicine does have its use with TRT.
