I'm a little confused with HCG. I read the HCG 101, it was great with lots of information but the actual dosing was a little confusing. Browsing threads I saw start while on cycle instructions, start at end instructions, some vague instructions like don't start nolvadex, but use a little nolvadex to prevent too much estro. Lots of different EOD, E4D, E5D. Can someone dumb it down for me?
38 year old male, Test Cyp, 400 a week, my last pin will be in 4 weeks. All I want is to make sure my balls are happy.
Taking the average of lots of threads.
Last 4 weeks

Weeks 1 to 4 HCG 250 twice a week.
Wait 10 days. <- is this right?
Start 500 ui EOD for 2 weeks.
Then start my PCT.
Take a little nolvadex the whole time?
