hcg dose to preserve fertility on trt

Got my SA done. I get blood work done in 2 weeks. Should I wait to start the hcg after that or go ahead and start now and ill know where I'm st with the hcg as far as estrogen and all that

Clinic. I got my SA results everything was below normal range but still working to extent. Normal sperm count us 30million. I'm at 3 million.

Wouldn't it honestly be best to start the hcg now so in 2 weeks when I get blood work I'll be able to see where my levels are

I just had one done too. After 8 months of TRT, I'm at 45 million. Around this time last year, I was around 240 million. I've been on HCG the whole time and still am.

Well I've been on hcg fir about 4 weeks at 400iu twice a week. I haven't had much increase in testical size but my loads seen to be bigger. When should I get smooth sperm analysis and where can I get one besides through my doctor?
