HCG Side Affect?

I am currently on 75 test cyp per week and 650iu HCG 2x per week. I have only been on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) now for a week and almost exactly 48 hours after taking both doeses of the HCG (subq - stomach) I get severe nausea for 6-8 hours. Is this normal and will it go away the more doses I take or is this common to the HCG injection? It is far more than a bit of an upset stomach.

Thanks for any feedback!

lol i know in women HCG is attributed to increased nausea during pregnancy

at a lower dose of test that you are taking I do think the HCG would spike your levels

talk to your MD

also you could try this or ask MD if you could take 250iu - 300iu EOD or 4 x per week see if this helps at all

i know I get some off an off nausea just from Test its self. But more than just a little uneasyness could be something serious. Read before this could be do to your liver getting out of whack, you may want to get it checked, to go with this is(may seem gross) but if your dumps are a real white color/clay color this is indicitive to liver issues, may want to check it out. Depends on how sever you may want to call doctor. It may be a lot for your system to digest right away. Personally I would give it another week then call doctor.

Also HCG tends create more estrogen spikes which creates nausea. Like 700 said you may lower the HCG amount. But really you should give it a few weeks as it takes your system that long to get aclamated to whatever you are putting in. A lot of pople cant tolerate HCG as it is.

That's a heck of a lot of HCG for the small dose of Test you are taking. If I did you protocol, I would go through the roller coaster from hell. Why are you taking HCG at all? It will spike your estrogen, and it sound like you are not taking an AI? So in a sense, if you want to combat that estrogen spike (only speculation that this is the cause from HCG spiking it) then you would be adding a third compound that you don't need.

I am just curious if you tried Testosterone alone? 75mg of T per week is one of the lower doses I have seen in someones protocol. It takes me about 175mg per week to hit 1350 total T.

Turns out I have the flu.... Go figure.

As far as my protocol, I just started recently and I am not on an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and I have not tried testosterone only. I thought my test cyp dose was low as well, but doc want to see what levels are after 6 weeks on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and HCG. To be honest, I am not sure exactly why I am on HCG rather than just test cyp. I am 32 yrs old with 3 kids and dont plan on having any more... I am going to an MD who specializes in hormone therapies and seems to know his stuff pretty well. He also takes insurance and allows me to do the shots from home, which for some reason seems hard to find. I will post my 6 week levels once I get there.

not true HCG just promotes the production of sperm, which actually accounts for small small small percentage of seamen. HCG in theory for some should stimulate your own hormone production which in turn creates more T naturally and ultimately your overall T will be higher, which we all know the benefits of higher T. Sometimes HCG means taking less T. The biggest thing is it keeps your balls closer to natural size. But if you have kids and really dont care there may be no need for it. Some people find that HCG doesnt work or is actually counter productive. You can be just as horny and have high libido. Actually a lot of people claim that HCG kill sex drive unless coupled with an ani estrogen pill.

Honestly HCG doesn't always return size to the testes, the leydig cells only make up 10% of the testicle, the chances of you noticing the difference are usually slim. People claim they swell up, how many times did you check the size of your balls before learning that HCG supposedly did this?

If you have ever been on testosterone for a long time without it you will notice that ejaculatory volume can decrease significantly. HCG will increase ejaculatory volume for some and sometimes benefit from increased sensitivity.

Many users claim it gives them a feeling of well being as well. Dr Chrisler proposes that it stimulates the P450 side-chain enzyme at the pituitary, in hopes to restore hormone balance in the metabolic pathways.

Some guys claim it is the best thing since sliced bread and they can't imagine how they ever lived without it. It has been one of the most misunderstood hormones yet.

So I guess your right you don't need it but I wouldn't say you don't want it, after all the actual amount of people that have negative effects with small doses of HCG are much smaller than those that have a positive effect :chomp:

Thats what I am saying its all kind of theory from everything I have read. It seems there are some like you say that swear by it, then others who have bad side effects. i think this is why you see the hit and miss on this stuff being perscribed.

Well its not all theory, keep in mind that when people have problems they come to the forum board, so your view of how many people dislike HCG may be skewed, for every 1 or 2 that you see get bad sides from it, many others love the stuff.

Without the HCG your will stop producing seamen and sex becomes pointless.

thats not true, I have been on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) for like 4yrs now without a drop of HCG + cycles .
Balls are smaller yes.... but i dont care, if anythign the main part looks bigger. and sex is great! and i still blow loads.

maybe I will use HCG again sometime, when I want a better chance of getting her preggo or bigger balls. ;-)
