Healthiest way to fry eggs?

My first guess is with macadamia nut oil or coconut oil. M.Oil being mosly monosat. and C.Oil is saturated. Don't really like to cook with oils. Rather reap their full benefits raw as possible. I used to do eggs raw but I had trouble with digestion. Maybe throwing in some digestive enzymes with eggs might help. However I am more interested in the egg frying. I like em over easy.:yumyum:

using a cooking spray will help you use as little as possible while still using unsaturated fat. thats my biggest issue with cooking with olive oil, i use too much.

Yeah I was considering cooking spray too. I heard that those raw egg studies weren't too credible. I know ALOT of people who eat raw eggs despite what science says about the low bioavailability of protein absorption.

Try cold pressed grape seed oil. Very light taste and has a higher smoke point than olive or coconut oil. It is available in a spray also.

Ive been wanting fried eggs myself recently, I havn't ate them in over a year. I always go for the healthier option of scrambelled eggs.

Would it do you much harm with saturated fats cooking them in evoo?
