My first guess is with macadamia nut oil or coconut oil. M.Oil being mosly monosat. and C.Oil is saturated. Don't really like to cook with oils. Rather reap their full benefits raw as possible. I used to do eggs raw but I had trouble with digestion. Maybe throwing in some digestive enzymes with eggs might help. However I am more interested in the egg frying. I like em over easy.
