Raw eggs

Eggs are very important diet in bodybuilding for the strength and also source of the protein, but I can not take eggs in raw form, please recommend me recipe who can I take raw eggs?

Raw eggs are the good source of the energy and fat.
We must include the eggs in our daily foods especially in breakfast to get huge amount of energy for the work.
 
just boil your eggs in hot water and then eat it. then you will not loss any food value of eggs and your stomach will response good.
