4-6 cooked Diced chicken breasts skinned & fat Trimmed.

6 - 6" Glutten free whole meal pitta's or flat bread

Large can of Tomato paste

Fresh chopped mushrooms

Fresh spinach.

Sliced tomato's.

Mozzerella cheese (optional)

1) Place Pitta's on cooking sheet
2) spread a spoonful of tomato paste around pitta.
3) cover with diced chicken, mushrooms, and spinach.
4) cover lightly with Mozzorella cheese (optional) and sliced tomato's
5) place in oven at 250-300 until cheese melts.


These are very good and about 400 cals, 40-50g protein, 20-25g carbs in every pizza
 
i love pita bread pizzas.... if you have a toaster oven put it at 400 for 6 minutes then just hit toast (dark) ,,, comes out nice and crispy.
