May I ask what are your stats, age, wt, ht, BF% and you Training history?
You sound very new to this as well as injecting. This is typical for many guys because they are afraid of needles or mostly they have no understanding about injecting the body. This really sounds like panic attacks. You know the mind will screw you up when it comes to the unknown and any fear of that. Sticking a needle in you arm or anywhere can be scary but get to know and study the operation of injections.
I could go on and on about all the different scenarios , and Q's people ask and when their mind takes them through all the bad things they imagine. Also the bro-science horror stories when they don't know what can and can't happen.
But to tell you very simply there isn't much that can go wrong or life threatening or threatening to your health. That is the injection I'm talking about. The chemicals or the compound defines what can happen.
In this case you are dealing with a simple compound of the Testosterone hormone. As long as the Test is good from a reliable source it should be sterile. Now if not you can get an infection but the symptoms you describe don't go along with an immediate infection that has not had time to mature. Then we key into those symptoms and signs of problems.
I have never (myself) have heard of some AAS being contaminated with a deadly or potentially hurtful chemical.
You will always be penetrating blood vessels of some size large, small, miniscule capillaries. If you see blood that's common. You can go straight through a vein and not bleed and or bleed a lot. I've had blood squirt out like a syringe would squirt. To inject into a vein with any amount that could get in to hurt you or ill you is ALMOST impossible. I've never heard of a person (myself) that got sick or ill by injecting into a vein. Maybe someone else has but I've been around for many years.
Addicts that main line (I was one) have a very hard time staying in a vein while intending to get in it. All that is for another discussion.
So to close here I believe and I've seen it often, this is in your imagination. At least the thought of having something going wrong. Your symptoms are psychologically induced and not caused by the needle. That's what my experience brings me to. Good luck, the injections become second nature after a while. Just a pain in the ass...no pun intended Ha..
