Heating Liquid Var - How long at how hot..

As title Got 200mls worth at 20mg/ml split into 4 * 50ml bottles. How long should i heat for and at what temp? Used Peg 400 with the var if thats any help

Also, as peg tastes so bad can i mix it with a shot of OJ and then neck it?

Heat med/high on the stove or in a frying pan till it clears. Throwing it in oj is fine, just get it to ur stomach one way or another.
