Heating Your Vial

I am banned!
Wanted to post this in the newb thread that was started a while ago but couldn't find it. I like to heat my vials of test up so the oil flows better into the syringe and makes injections easier. What I was doing was filling a coffee cup with hot water and setting the vials in there for a couple of minutes. This works great except that it tends to ruin the labels on the vials. With any prescription medicine the labels on the bottle/container/vial is extremely important because it has the prescription information on it. What I do now is fill the coffee cup with hot water and then put a ziploc bag in the water and the vial goes into that. It still gets heated but the vial doesn't actually come into contact with the water and my label is saved. Anyway, just wanted to pass that along. Hope everyone is doing well with their Maximus protocol. Good luck.

Great tip mlc! simple, but, so important..

I pre-load my syringes.. I used to heat the syringe in hot water but I started getting worried about unsterile water creeping in and giving me an infection. You solved my dilema.. I just heated my syringe in hot water in a ziplock bag- worked great!

Do you get concerned about heating the same vial of test over and over? If you do, try pre-loading your syringes; it makes it so much more convenient for me

another good tip TR. Let's keep them coming.

yes great advice. I have been heating my vials as well. when the liquid is nice and warm I am able to use my 27ga needles. The 27ga pins are nice and small and you barely feel them plus it limits scar tissue build up over time.
