Does anyone have any knowledge about a training program that involves heavy and light days? A friend of mine tried to explain to me a heavy/light program that was something along the lines of heavy monday and friday, light on wednesday. Opposite the next week. On tuesday, thursday is light, heavy accordingly, opposite next week. Each day works different muscles. I'm sorry I can't really get more specific about my question but if I could then I wouldn't be asking would I. Thanks for any help.
