heavy vs reps on the shit???

does anyone cycle the low reps,?? go heavier each week and bring the reps down the same way? or do it all in same work out,, does it reall matter on the sauce
 
Variety, shock the muscle. Compound movements the 8-12 rep range is
best for building size IMO. All of
the other variables (food, rest, gear) have to be right though or its time wasted.
 
You need both like us Powerlifters.

You want real heavy to get strong but also reps from 8 to 12 to build size for more potential strength.

Your best bodybuilder come from a powerlifting back ground and is why they are so thick.
 
i agree 100%, you can ALWAYS tell the guys with power lifting backgrounds, the density ! you dont get that way without that power experiance, yea theres a couple that thick without the power background, but there doing it in there program now or they wouldnt have that maturity.. ive been mixing it up, im working up to heavy poundages, then get in workin sets,,then im burnin it up.. so many people think its easy on the j...e, but it aint, im working at a very different intensity leval, and the shit actually has me lifting weight more than the muscle is use to handling. im tearin it up, but thats just their lack of knowledge and common sense, whataya think ?????????
 
hell yea, you can always see the dramatic differance in the muscle with the power lifting background,like night and day,the density is remarkabe.. ive been working right up to heavy weight,then getin in some workin sets,then burning it up!!!

oh i do agree w/you, i dont go under 3 reps and after the 3 i drop and get the workin set in, after the workin sets, i throw some reps,, but all an all i mix it up pretty good..

No, I don't find it necessary to max on
chest. I don't like to put that much strain
on my front delts. I am a BB, not a powerlifter.
The heaviest I go is
4-6 rep range.. with perfect form.
I usually work in the 8-12 rep range
for about 6 exercises. Plenty for me.

EQ will work for stimulating the appetite. It makes your body produce more red blood cells.
As for your diet, what and how much are you eating? Need specific info to give a
informed answer.

and what about the eats, im having trouble consuming all my calories, yea i im slammin shakes too, but i cant seem to plow serious food, anything besides E-Q, that;ll build appetite, ???????
 
sorry buddy, i fell asleep on you ! i just woke up with my face planted on the key board,haha hey i got three kids, try puttin three kids into your program.. thanks 4 getin back to me, ya know sumthin? my shoulders r saw alot, im gonna stop doin threes and go down 2 maybe 4 or 5,, as for food, i have a real problem there. its always on the run or whatever i can get, but i really do eat the best i can, no bullshit! its hard 2b specific but i get 200 grms protien from shakes, the rest is from food, and ill cook 4 the kids a good supper enight so im always eating healthy snacks, fruit cerial pasta meats etc i get one good meal a day and the rest is what i can get, its hard with a 5month,3year, 9year old girls,haha fuckin really hard, infact my 5months ready 4 her morn bottle (it never ends) im gonna kick it wit ya later, ill see ya bro!!

every time i think im gonna do somethin, it changes quick !! haha, im lucky sometimes to get table scraps haha, LATER.
