Hello everyone, first post and introduction

Just want to introduce myself. My name is Mike, haven't been a member for too long, but have been trying to read as much as I can.

I'm 30 years old, and weigh in at about 195lbs. I've been lifting since I've been about 16 years old. Consistent for the most part but have had some off time in between. It wasn't until recently that I started taking my diet seriously, and really started noticing a size and strength increase, should have done that sooner lol.

Anyway feel free to ask me anything, I'm going to continue my reading and research before I make the jump.

Thanks man I appreciate all the help. The only thing I have ever taken has been M-drol, but that was about 6-7 years ago. I was a little young to be messing with that stuff at the time, especially with my diet out of wack.
