I'm 24 6'2" about 265 pounds(just came off so a bit heavy at the moment i usually maintain a 235-240 weight) but anyways, been lifting for the last 7-8 years or so off and on. Looking to get back into the full swing of things. I live in central Florida where its always hot as hell btw but its nice having a beach in any direction lol. I been hovering around for a bit now finally decided to post a little about me. Just wanna say thanks to all the members that have given me advice already, most of the people I've interacted with have been pretty straight forward and helpful. I'm planning to run a log soon and help give back to the community with some of these killer new products I been reading on!
