I'm new to this website and want to first say "hi" to everyone! I have been exercising and lifting light weights for the last year and a half. I've been on a clean, low calorie diet since the beginning of this year, and now have hit a plateau. I've been stuck for the last several weeks and it sucks so bad! I've tried changing my cardio routines (I do the advanced Tae Bo DVD's) by mixing up the DVD's everyday (I've got 20 of his workouts all between 40 mins and 60 mins long). Five days out of the week I do a Tae Bo workout, rest one day, and the last day I lift light weights and run/power walk for 40 mins. I've just now started using Anavar (I'm on my 8th day) and really hope this helps me move through the plateau. I wonder, could I take a fat burner supplement (I've read some interesting stuff about the new Hot Rox Extreme) to help with the process of reducing body fat and to help me lose weight? Or would that interfere with the Anavar? Any suggestions or comments please!!
 
How old are you? Height, weight, body fat estimate? How many calories are you taking in per day? How much protein?

It could, but I would give the Anavar more time to work and produce results. You don't want to jump on a million different new things all at once. You won't know which thing is causing the reactions/results you will get. Only add one thing at a time.
 
it took me 2 weeks to feel the Anavar (var) working....3-4 weeks to see results. i used lipodrene with ephedra....
 
I'm 5'7" tall, currently weigh 149 lbs, my BF is 26%, and I cycle 1500, 1600, 1800 calories each day (with a cheat meal on Saturdays). I don't honestly know how much protein I get but I eat lean meats (shrimp & chicken) with my salads or wraps at lunch, protein bar before my workout, and lean meat for supper with my veggies (sweet potato & green beans). With the Anavar I'm taking 8mg a day. Has any women out there taken the Anavar with noticeable results? What kind of results did you have?
