I just wanted to introduce myself. I am 38, 5'10, and 175lb. I train at least 5 days a week and have an ok diet. I have been working on increasing my intake to try and help me build some size and strength. I have been very interested in possibly starting a cycle to see how it can help, but really only know what I have found on net. This site seems to have a ton of info and thanks to all who have been keeping this going.
