Hi y'all. First off I want to say before joining the forum I read a lot about Women using Anavar and from what I understand it's not meant to make you lose weight, but to help gain muscled and therefore helps weight loss. I am 5'4 and Im about 137 lbs. I really want to lose weight all over and tone up. I know diet and exercise are the most important but I feel like taking Anavar will help me WANT to work out and WANT to eat right. I want to but some people need that extra push and well....thats me. Im mainly worried about side effects. Im a very girly girl and the last thing I want is masculine side effects. Any suggestions and advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Yes, i have some advise. at 5'4 and 137 you sound perfect, I know you are lookin for some extra pushin and i think i can help you out with that. It sounds like that is all you will be needing.

5'4 at 137 sounds perfect to me. Yeah many hear would probably offer all the push in you might need.

at 5'4 137 pounds I can see why you feel a bit over weight, I will move this thread to the womens forum Mrs P and other females will chime in

Hey, welcome to the forums.

Please excuse our less respectful members, as it shows not many of them are used to the company of the opposite sex.
As for answering your questions, unfortunately I am very inexperienced with advising women on the use of steroids. I advise my partner on all kinds of supplementation but never steroids.
If you visit the women's section of the forums I'm sure you will find them much more accommodating and probably have a lot of decent advice.

Best of luck with your training..!

Hi, Welcome

I understant your looking for the extra push, but anavar will not "make" u want to work out or eat right, u need to find the motivation to want to workout & eat right, it's more of a lifestyle change, once u find a good training program and start seeing results u will want to push yourself and work harder..
Build a strong diet and training foundation before even considering using AAS... You can chieve your goals naturally... Losing weight/fat is 80 % diet, u can post your diet if you like so we can get an idea and help u teawk it.

It's hard to say if your overweight based on your stats as we could be the same height and weight and have two totally different looks, it comes down to body type & composition.

Good luck, hope u stick around, don't pay attention to the Testosterone fueled meatheads u can tell they don't have much else going on their brain :)

Hi and welcome,

If you want to use anavar I'd say go ahead. My girlfriend used it for a while at 10-20mg a day, with little to no side effects. She lost some body fat, and gained some muscle tone. Her diet was spot on and her training also. She very much liked it.

Good luck

Not all the guys on here are ass holes lol at least the ones who are aren't good at hiding it! good luck with your training and nutrition!

Hi

I'm a girl on Anavar (var) as well and I agree with Mrs. P... diet is key also set goals, write them down, it will help you achieve them and make them realistic... I am going on 4 weeks of Anavar (var) and loving it...absolutely no sides which is perfect :) I eat clean, I push hard at the gym and I have noticed changes in the last week and a half... I even had the guy at my gas station where I go ask me what I've done the last couple weeks as I look leaner as well as couple people at work. :) Hard work, determination, dedication and will power PAY OFF! BIG TIME and it's so worth it! Find a traingin partner and push eachother... whatever it takes :) Good Luck!
