help 4 week test cypio 500 mg a week dont fell a lot yet

hi guys i am in my 4 week of test cypio
500 mg a week monday thursday and
i not felling the kick really start
is this normal with the cypio
i am up just 5 pound more

my diet is pretty good eating a lot
Meal 1
1 whole egg 4 just white part, 2 slice cheese1 whole wheat bread glass of milk

Meal 2
2 tablespoons natural peanut butter turnkey sanwith wheat bread
1 banana

Meal 3
8 oz chicken breast , white rice and salad
orange juce

before gym
Meal 4
1 can of tuna
½ cups oatmeal

after gym

Meal 5
3scoops whey protein 40gram

Meal 6
telapia steak some days beef Sweet Potato
veggies


Meal 7
glass of milk
some fruit


how do you guys thinks

please help


GYM GOING 5 DAYS A WEEK TRAING HARD
 
cyps just kicking in , up pounds isnt bad . think about how long it would take to gain 5 pounds of muscle natural , 4 weeks is fast.
