help! cardio and stuff

i feel ya man. I'm just the opposite. As soon as i say I'm gonna get lean as fuck... I eat a double angus cheeseburger and some tater tots, and get under 405lbs on the bench and i suddenly think its ok to have a little weight around my midsection. :laugh3:

haha one day ill graduate to that level (i think) i dunno as a former fat guy once you get lean your afraid of bulking. Its a mind game and its winning.........for now....

thank you bros. i am taking all of this in, great info.

ima start by doing this.......cuz im loser outta shape

day 1 40 mins LI fat burning cardio on empty stomach AM
day 2 lifting(either back legs chest or shoulders) and 20 mins High intensity cardio
repeat forever.

and welter i will get this checked out. im not an idiot but i am a stubborn prick so sometimes it just takes someone like yourself to wake me the fuck up. thanks.

imjust in the bust right now with no access to a doctor so im going to have to wait. if it doesnt stop, doesnt get better in a day or two i may have to take days off work and go see a doc. i hate doctors lol

oh and RJ, i think im going to stay away form met cons for a bit until im conditioned at least a tiny bit because reading your blogs, it could kill me.

you should invest in RJ's Theory and all that mind game bullshit will go away in a matter of minutes. :D

And scotty, may not be a bad idea to wait on the metcon work. You can scale them down, but even then they are killers.

im having a hard time understanding the regimen anyway. way over my head.

gotta learn to walk before you can run, literally lol. i can only go like 2.2mph at a 2 degree incline to stay at 130 bpm

its really not that hard once you figure out what exercises go with what.

anyway, get your weight down a bit and get that ticker feeling better and we'll try something after that.
