help cutting bodyfat..

hello ,
hey there im 40 yrs old. and first of let me ask permission to explain myself and situation. i'll go into semi detail and try to make it short.

mind you, i am a dissabled vet, 2 knee surgeries {not much meniscus left on my knee} and have rods in my low back. had high blood pressure but that is under control now doing well, type 2 borderline diabetic also under control. bmi i belive its around 38%, 5'10 280 lbs.

im not looking at bulking or being big. can post a picture if need be. i know diet is a must and i can do this but , man its hard. seems like when i try to do something healthwise another thing pops up. example. 1. cant drink protein drinks. why= i have to much uric acid so gout is a issue at times in my sistem and wont go away even with meds. i used to be 220 lbs a 2years ago before , but after the back surgeries and testosterone and alot of other meds i balloened to 280.

so like i said i know its a easy/hard road ahead if i stay focused and on the right path i just need some advice and someone to kinda help me along with knowledge on the way

this is what i have. prescribed by my doctor military v.a.- 200mg test cyp. like 6 bottles seems my testostrone levels are like a 80 yr. old man. so i take 2 c's
a week. havent taken any in a month waiting for a good cycle or advice.

also, winstrols vials like 25-30 hate sticking myself on the thighs ughh but cant reach my butt. 25 pills of clenbuterol .

i dont know and i read to not use test with cutting stuff. but if i dont use the test i feel sluggish and no will power to do much. i try to find a bottle of test E. and mix them so 3 c's total. again dont know if that contradicts the cutting phase.

final question. can u help me come up with a idea on how to use this properly? can u give me a guideline on how to do a workout for/to burn rapid fat. i.e. since i cant run or do high impact stuff maybe high intense walks , triceps biceps upper body workout and most of all what foods i should try since i did a fruit only for a week or 2 and found out the sugars on the fruits where going through the roof. diabetic wise. my main goals are simple ..lose body fat as much as possible . no surgery just with dieting and injectible/juice . its embarrasing to be like this as once i was a hell of a athlete and a air assault soldier. now i just watch my daughter play sports. hell of a athlete and all i can do is watch and not partake in her activities.

i hope this hasnt been boring or too long . i just didnt want to put my personal business on the forums and well i figure if im to trust someone i'll have to start some where and hope for the best without getting flamed to much.

Bro I'd avoid using gear till you are a bit leaner also you have mentioned you have a history of high blood pressure I'd avoid gear all together best would be to contact a specialist regarding your diet You will definitely get all the help you need here
I'd recommend going through the diet and exercise forums for more info
You will easily loose a good amount of your fat with diet And cardio(any cardio is better than none so walking will have to do).also winstrol won't help you much as its only for pre contest bodybuilders also it's really hard on your joints Im not sure clenbuterol is safe for you.you should ask your doctor if you can take stimulants as basically clen is a very powerfull stim

Thank you very much gentlemen for your tips, like i said my blood pressure has dropped to normal now consistent for 3 months + down to 1 pill a day. roughly 117/77 so im confident that is in check along with a pilo of xanax a day.

like i said the frustrating thing maybe its the age or limitations is that if i do cetain diet foods, it pops up a diffrent issue. if i focuse and cure that new issue a diffrent one arises. so after awhile u lose hope to ever getting back to even half of a person u used to be or look.

3rdinfintry thanks i will send 3jdiet a mail and see how that goes. i trully hope to be a semi success story and thank you guys for the help. i know or i suspect with drinking or injecting the whinny and 1 pill of clen a day for 5 solid weeks i should lose body fat and or water retention. then slowly do cardio cardio and keep shedding here and there . keep away from bread pasta and sodas is my #1 goal and hamburgers atm.
 
wow, 3j seems to be on top of things heard nothing but great things here about his plans. cant wait and i know at first it will be a bit easy but its the will power to maintain the diet and not to give up. hearing alot of you out here helps alot.
