OP: I'd recommend you get a private blood test instead of going through an endo. You don't want those elevated test levels to spark some questions that you don't want to have to answer.

That aint happening cause I do live in NY, but thankfully my endo and I have a pretty cool relationship I don't think it will cause an issue, he just ordered a full panel so fingers crossed

You are right at about the time for a mid cycle blood test. Were you planning on getting one? If so this will greatly help you in finding out how to start the AI/anti progesterone protocol.

Id probably stop the tren but keep running the test. Order your stuff right away and get blood work. Prolly the safest route right now

Another question I have is since I was taking tren, should I get a progesterone antagonist like caber for my pct or hcg to jump my balls back into order? Yes, I would up the test. Id go up to 500mgs EW. Was a bit of an oversight on my part but I thot you were running prop this whole time. Since it is cyp, you would benefit a great deal by extending that longer estered cycle out to at least 12 weeks. If it was prop the 8 -10 weeks was perfectly fine. With cyp, your total serum levels will barely just be starting to peak and you wont have much time at those optimal levels before you stopped.

I wouldn't take caber during PCT unless there was signs of elevated prolactin, which is another test you will be wanting to get done. Never take HCG during PCT as it is suppressive. That's the opposite of what were trying to accomplish there. Always run on cycle, up till 4 days out from PCT.
