help for my first glute injection

Hey guys, I did my first injection of Sustanon (sust) 250 in my thigh on friday its in pain, but barerable not red or swollen so no infection i know that , but my friends are saying to inject in the glute for less pain, none of them are willing to help me exactly know where so im coming to you guys i have a picture sorry for my bare ass, but can you guys help me see where to inject in my glute i put a circle and an x in two spots where i think to inject, can you guys confirm which one is best or if im way off. Thanks
